Local Pick-Up (Preferred)

Local pick-up is strongly encouraged and preferred for all artwork to ensure the safest and most efficient transfer:

• Cost: Free.

• Location: Charlotte, NC (precise address and pick-up instructions will be provided via email once your order is confirmed).

• Scheduling: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email to arrange a convenient day and time window for pick-up.

• Preparation: Please bring an appropriate vehicle with sufficient clean, flat space and moving blankets or cushions to transport your artwork safely.

 

Domestic Shipping & Fulfillment

For collectors outside the local Charlotte area, artwork can be shipped directly to your door.

• Fulfillment & Transit Time: Orders are securely packaged and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Standard carrier transit typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

• Packaging: All works (original canvases, framed pieces, and works on paper) are custom-packed to prevent transit damage.

• Carriers & Tracking: Shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or specialized art couriers. A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon carrier dispatch.

 

Order Inspection & Damages in Transit

While every precaution is taken to secure your piece, transit accidents can occur.

• Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival before disposing of any packing materials.

• In the rare event of transit damage, notify kirstengibsonart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include clear photos of the exterior packaging, the damaged shipping label, and the affected artwork so we can promptly initiate an insurance claim and assist you.
